The function of this page is to bring to you discussion points and invite comment.

This represents the  implementation of one of the key strategies which the Executive Committee of ASEASA has decided on during one of our recent meetings. These key strategies entail the following:

  1. To send to you regular e-mail communications with relevant articles;
  2. To upgrade and improve ASEASA’s  website  (current address: www.aseesa-edu.co.za);
  3. To maintain a monthly newsletter.
  4. To arrange conferences on an annual basis in order to ensure that our members, who represent a range of sectors, receive the latest available information and knowledge in the Assessment and Evaluation sector.

The purpose of the newsletter is as follows:

·        To keep you updated with the latest information and developments within ASEASA ;

·        To update members on national assessment matters related to, for example SAQA, DOE, Umalusi and HEQC;

·        To share some thoughts and ideas on topical assessment and evaluation matters;

·        To create opportunities for success stories to be shared (from a range of assessors);

·        To give assessment experts an opportunity to be profiled and to share their views and wisdom with members;

·        To serve as a communication medium for ASEASA members who would like to communicate important or interesting information to fellow members and associates;

·        To provide any other relevant information to members as we deem appropriate.

      Please make use of the Contact Us facility to contact us on any relevant matter.
